- You're not a leader.
You're not a leader.
Important thing I learned about brand building
I took a 4-week break but nothing changed.
The people I knew were still the same.
The gurus are still struggling.
Only a few people made it and now spread a great message.
These are the people I’m learning from.
And the harsh truth is:
You ain’t a leader.
That’s the reason you aren’t growing.
You can follow as many trends as you want.
But will the followers love you?
I don’t think so.
It’s like raising children who aren’t yours.
You only borrowed these followers.
And if your only hobby is copying what others have to say and then complaining it’s not working…
You already lost.
You just can’t see it yet.
But slowly you’ll fall behind.
Because you didn’t ask the right question.
Now what do you need as a leader?
3 things.
A mission.
A vision.
A tribe.
I) The mission
It’s a purpose you want to achieve as a leader.
It can be helping others to share their ideas and monetize them.
It can be helping others in becoming a confident versions of themselves.
You have a lot of possibilities.
But you can only take one.
Let’s say you want to help others share their ideas and monetize them.
This is your mission.
After you found your WHY:
Now you’re going to talk exclusively about this.
This means you’ll how to do it.
How you achieved/want to achieve it.
And it leads us to the 2nd part.
Which is…
II)The vision
Yeah, it’s cool.
You have a mission but you still need to realize it.
And for this, you’ll need a vision.
It’s the secret ingredient that contains:
Your opinions
Your values
Your ideas
Your bad points
In fact, almost everything in your mind is related to this purpose.
We’re gonna stack them and use them as your content.
This is gonna be the HOW.
But still…
There is something missing.
III) The tribe
A leader without a tribe is just a p*ssy who can’t buy himself an ice cream.
If you want to be one, you’ll need to build your own tribe, community, army, whatever.
And your goal is to grow together through this hard path.
Make them laugh.
Make them sweat.
Make them reflect.
Imagine if you have 30 kids in an autobus and you go travel the world.
You are the driver.
And your goal is to make them travel.
Thank you for reading this masterpiece.
